Based on literature research, silica aerogels (UMSICHT) with different surface properties and pore sizes as well as high entropy alloys (HEA) (AMAZEMET) with different elemental compositions will be selected, synthesized, and supplied to the consortium. Determining the most suitable samples is an iterative process throughout the project.
